Spend a relaxing and thoughtful hour in the library with STC and the NBSO, as we present a concert of music for string quartet and voice. The concerts feature an arrangement of Mozart's Laudate Dominum from the Vesperae solennes de confessore plus a new setting of Faure's song cycle Poeme d'un jour by Jodi Goble. The repertoire spans 5 languages and many styles...a great way to experience culture and connection in a unique space.
Addison Pattillo; Soprano, Marcus Huber; Tenor, and Justin Ouelett; violin, Yeonji Shim; violin, Sachin Shukla; viola, and Alex Norberg, cello from the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra.
This series is funded in part by grants from the Fairhaven, Dartmouth, Mattapoisett, and New Bedford Cultural Councils, local agencies supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
