A 70-year-old man was killed in a fireworks accident late Friday, July 4.

The man’s name is yet to be released but the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office and the cause of the accident is currently under investigation by the Wareham Police Department, Massachusetts State Police and Massachusetts Fire Marshall. Wareham Police could not be immediately reached for comment.
